You will split your time between two important areas: enabling an Agile team as Scrum Master and working hands-on with testing and verification in a complex automotive environment. The role is centered on complete vehicle integration, with a focus on electrical systems and how new and existing functionality works together from an integration perspective.

You will work in a setting where collaboration, structure and technical curiosity matter. Part of your role is to help the team move forward in a practical and sustainable way. The other part is to plan, lead and execute testing activities across the full test cycle, including fault analysis and improvement of test methods and environments.

• You will lead and support the team using Agile ways of working and frameworks such as SAFe.
• You will coach team members in day-to-day challenges and help remove obstacles that affect progress.
• You will facilitate Agile processes and strengthen collaboration, transparency and team effectiveness.
• You will perform complete vehicle integration testing and verification of electrical systems from an integration perspective.
• You will execute integration tests for both new and existing functionality.
• You will work across the full test cycle, including test planning, test leadership, test execution and fault analysis.
• You will contribute to improving test methods and test environments for current and future functionality.
• You will verify complete electrical systems through SIL/HIL testing activities.

• Engineering background within Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in verification and/or validation.
• Experience performing testing activities and fault analysis.
• Python experience.
• English required.
• Valid driver's license.

• Experience with SIL/HIL testing.
• Experience with complete vehicle integration testing.
• Experience working with electrical systems from an integration perspective.
• Experience with SAFe.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Truck driver's license.
